Mark Kelsey

Mark Kelsey, RBI Global Chief Executive

Mark Kelsey has a 28 year career in publishing with Reed Business Information. He started his career in Marketing and was appointed to the Board in 1992 as MD of Estates Gazette.

Mark has has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer and RBI UK Chief Executive Officer. He was the launch MD of Totaljobs.com and has led the company's transformation to an online publisher.

Stuart Whayman

Stuart Whayman, Global Chief Financial Officer

Stuart Whayman has been within the Reed Elsevier group since 1998 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. He then spent five years at Reed Elsevier head office, joining Reed Business Information in 2003 as finance head for the Search division.

Since 2006 Stuart has been Chief Management Accountant for Reed Business Information for the whole UK business. In September 2009 Stuart was appointed to the RBI Board as CFO, and was and appointed Global Chief Financial Officer in December 2010.

Dominic Feltham, Chief Operating Officer

Dominic Feltham started his career with Reed Business Information in 1991 working in marketing, leading the launch of key web-based information services in the Air Transport sector and with New Scientist, while based in the U.S, as part of RBI's significant organic online growth plan.

He joined the RBI UK Board in 2006 and is currently Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for RBI's online directories and lead generation brands - emedia, Buyerzone, Approved Index and MardevDM2.

Graeme Roy

Graeme Roy, HR Director

Graeme Roy joined the RBI board in September 2009. Graeme has held numerous senior HR positions with BP PLC over a 26-year period, as well as senior roles over shorter periods with Bovis Lend Lease and the BG Group. As well as holding an MA in Psychology, he is also a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

The HR team provides a service to all employees, across all sites, predominantly in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development as well as personnel services such as payroll, pensions and policy issues.

Jim Muttram

Jim Muttram, Managing Director

Jim Muttram, Managing Director of Reed Business Information. Jim started his career as a journalist, joining RBI in 1984. Over the years he has held a wide variety of posts in a range of markets.

Jim became publisher of RBI’s retail titles in the early 90s before being asked to set up EGi, Estates Gazette’s ground-breaking paid-for internet service in 1996. He went on to become publishing director of Estates Gazette Group, and was involved in the Reed Elsevier Innovation Programme. Jim is currently responsible for all RBI's online data services, including ICIS, XpertHR and Bankers Almanac.

Jane Burgess

Jane Burgess, Managing Director

After graduating in 1984, Jane Burgess started her publishing career with Reed Business Information as Marketing Manager following two years in advertising and marketing agencies. Jane was appointed to the RBI board in 1998 as Marketing Director and has wide-ranging marketing and commercial experience gained working on most of RBI’s key brands across many business sectors.

Jane is currently Managing Director with responsibility for RBI's publishing brands and community websites. Jane also has board responsibility for Corporate Communications.
