Kellysearch relaunches as request-for-quotes site

Today, Kellysearch.co.uk, a leading B2B search engine, relaunches as a request-for-quotes site. Now, when users enter a search - "water pumps" for example - they can fill in a quick online form with contact details and their budget and timeline and get quotes matching their needs direct from relevant suppliers.

While users of Kellysearch now get this added value, suppliers benefit too. As well as their online presence through their Kellysearch listing, and a dedicated telephone number for enquiries from the site, they now get pre-qualified leads emailed to their inbox.

Pre-qualified because within minutes of a user completing the online request-for-quote form, Kellysearch call them back to check their details. Once the user has been verified as a genuine buyer, the lead is passed on to matching suppliers

"Kellysearch has always been a valuable route to market for suppliers and a quick and easy search engine for users, whether they need forklift trucks or fireworks," said Phil Manning, Senior Marketing Manager for Kellysearch.

"With the relaunch, we're able to give both sides in the transaction extra value. Our advertisers get a better return on their investment and our users can find what they're looking for, and get quotes direct from the companies who can supply it."

To help advertisers get more from the new site, Kellysearch are producing a series of documents including a Top Tips Guide with practical advice on tracking leads, engaging the sales force and closing the deal.
